How do I place an order?

What if I accidentally input the wrong shipping address?
Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
What is your Return/Refund Policy?
Do you ship internationally?
Sadly, no. We are based in Monroe, Louisiana and cannot ship out of the country just yet :)
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed 7-10 business days after order has been placed. To ensure you receive the freshest tea cakes possible, we ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday so your cookies get to you quickly and are not held up in a postal facility.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are sent via USPS Priority shipping. Once your order has shipped average delivery times are 5-7 business days depending on your region. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We do not take responsibility for orders that have been marked delivered but may not have been received. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number to make sure someone is home when the order arrives.
Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
Tracking information isn't always real-time. Shipping providers might delay updating the tracking locations by several days. Rest assured, your cookies are still on their way and is probably further along than it looks.
Can I include a note with my order?
Yes! Use the "note" section of the order to include a message to the recipient. If you accidentally forget to add a note before checking out you can email email@example.com and we can add the note for you.
